Warranty:
1. Goods warranty 1 (one) year from the invoice date.
2. Product fault caused by manufacturing.
3. Installation and wiring fault by our side.
Non Warranty:
1. Act of nature damages products beyond repair, example: lightning strike, flood, brown out, etc.
2. Electric shock, machine damage, etc.
3. The cover of product is broken/ damage.
4. Goods return without warranty sticker and serial number.
5. The goods cover has been open and repaired.
6. Damage caused wrong installation & wiring by customer side.
Explanation details:
1. Product fault caused by manufacturing will be replaced with new one as stock in our side.
2. Installation & wiring fault by our site will be replaced with new one as stock in our side.
3. Shipment/ delivery charge outside Jabotabek will be bonded to customer except in Jabotabek area.
4. Inspection fee will be charges to customer.
5. The warranty can not be transferred to another goods or money return.
